I don’t want to be stalled, but I am. A plethora of responsibilities continue to stay with me throughout the year. For example, this weekend; Sal and I had a great time with my co-worker and her family to King Richard’s faire, but that was an all day trip and I didn’t craft at all.
Today I checked on my parent’s house (and cats) and visited my grandmother for hours (she’s been in the hospital since late April). Now I really want to start working on my purse, but I also wanted to update.
The wrap bracelet I made my grandmother was well received. I made one for myself a few weekends ago, it’s pretty fun. Turquoise on brown leather cording with coral waxed linen chord, held together by a blue painted stainless steel nut I bought from the hardware store.
I love craftgawker, I’m in love. I’m browsing it now knowing that I’ll feel inspired to do something once I’m done. I also brewed up a caramel apple spice with my starbucks syrup and am in heaven. Sal’s gaming on the 360 at the moment and I hope that I can craft while watching him play.
